Premier Inn Hotels – Middle East is seeking a Receptionist for its Dubai Barsha Heights location. The role requires a customer-focused professional with strong communication skills to provide exceptional guest experiences from check-in to check-out. The receptionist will manage payments, handle guest queries, and ensure smooth front-office operations in line with Premier Inn’s hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests, suppliers, and visitors with a warm and professional approach.

• Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.

• Handle guest queries, reservations, cancellations, and provide accurate information about promotions, pricing, and local activities.

• Process payments in line with cash-handling procedures.

• Maintain accurate records and support administrative tasks such as correspondence, filing, and emails.

• Identify corporate leads and build long-term client relationships.

• Promote online customer feedback and explore areas of improvement.

• Communicate effectively with all departments regarding guest needs and complaints.

• Ensure guest safety by following hotel policies and safety procedures.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Hotel Receptionist in Front Office.

• Knowledge of Opera (PMS) is essential.

• Proficiency in Arabic (speaking, writing, reading) is required.

• Strong customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to handle pressure, work independently, and collaborate in a team.

• Flexible, proactive, and detail-oriented personality.
