Whizz HR is actively hiring a Receptionist for their Dubai office. This is a full-time, on-site role ideal for someone with a strong background in office administration and excellent communication skills. The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and play a key role in ensuring smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Reception Duties:

Greet clients, visitors, and employees in a professional and courteous manner.

Handle all incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.

Manage appointment scheduling and conference room bookings.

Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
Administrative Duties:

Organize and maintain physical and digital records and documents.

Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation.

Assist with calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reports.

Provide onboarding assistance and maintain personnel files as needed.

Monitor office supplies and manage procurement.
Office Management Duties:

Ensure a clean, organized, and well-maintained office space.

Communicate with service vendors and building management.

Handle IT support and facility maintenance requests.

Assist with office budgeting, petty cash, and invoicing.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and basic IT tools.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Excellent multitasking and time-management abilities.

Professional demeanor and discretion.

Familiarity with basic HR functions or bookkeeping is a plus.
