Receptionist – Dubai

Whizz HR is actively hiring a Receptionist for their Dubai office. This is a full-time, on-site role ideal for someone with a strong background in office administration and excellent communication skills. The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and play a key role in ensuring smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Reception Duties:

  • Greet clients, visitors, and employees in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Handle all incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.

  • Manage appointment scheduling and conference room bookings.

  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.

Administrative Duties:

  • Organize and maintain physical and digital records and documents.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation.

  • Assist with calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reports.

  • Provide onboarding assistance and maintain personnel files as needed.

  • Monitor office supplies and manage procurement.

Office Management Duties:

  • Ensure a clean, organized, and well-maintained office space.

  • Communicate with service vendors and building management.

  • Handle IT support and facility maintenance requests.

  • Assist with office budgeting, petty cash, and invoicing.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and basic IT tools.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Excellent multitasking and time-management abilities.

  • Professional demeanor and discretion.

  • Familiarity with basic HR functions or bookkeeping is a plus.
