Premier Inn Hotels – Middle East is seeking a Receptionist for its Abu Dhabi Capital Centre property. The role requires a customer-focused professional who will welcome guests, handle check-in and check-out efficiently, manage reservations, and deliver exceptional service aligned with Premier Inn’s brand standards. The Receptionist will also support front office operations, promote guest satisfaction, and maintain smooth communication between departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests, visitors, and suppliers with warmth and professionalism.

• Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.

• Answer telephone calls and guest queries, providing information on promotions, pricing, and local events.

• Process reservations, cancellations, and payments accurately in line with cash handling procedures.

• Identify corporate leads and maintain long-term relationships.

• Promote customer feedback and manage online guest mentions.

• Perform administrative duties including emails, correspondence, and filing.

• Maintain stock of reception supplies and stationeries.

• Communicate effectively with all departments for guest requests and complaints.

• Ensure guest safety in line with company procedures and guidelines.

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Hotel Receptionist in Front Office.

• Knowledge of Opera PMS (Property Management System).

• Proficiency in Arabic (speaking, writing, reading) is mandatory.

• Strong customer-oriented approach with excellent communication skills.

• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Flexible, organized, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team.

• Strong organizational skills with a positive, service-driven mindset.
