Job Title: Receptionist
Job Description:
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring smooth front desk operations while supporting clinic sales and customer service goals.
You will work closely with the team to maintain compliance with Department of Health (DOH) regulations, uphold high standards of service, and contribute to the overall client experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with DOH policies, health, and safety protocols

Accurately manage all documentation, including patient files (medical and spa), feedback forms, cabin and retail product inventories, brochures, and promotional materials

Strive to meet sales targets set by the Spa Manager, staying informed about ongoing promotions and actively communicating them to clients

Coordinate with therapists to schedule clients according to treatment plans

Recommend system improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality

Ensure reception staff maintain excellent grooming and professional presentation
Qualifications:
-
Open to female candidates of Arabic nationality, aged 35 years and below
-
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in healthcare or aesthetics

Background in sales is highly desirable

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of clinic management software is a plus

Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Salary & Benefits:

Up to 8,000 AED all-inclusive (depending on experience and qualifications)
