Responsibilities:

• Source and qualify a high volume of candidates for active and upcoming roles.

• Brief candidates on job requirements, company culture, and interview preparation.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with top professionals in specialist markets.

• Profile, shortlist, and present candidates in line with client needs.

• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other sourcing tools effectively.

• Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment records in internal systems.

Skills & Requirements:

• Prior recruitment experience preferred but not mandatory.

• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Resilient, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.

• Motivated by achieving targets and delivering high-quality results.
