Etihad Airways is seeking a Government Relations Officer (UAE National) to manage official documentation processes and ensure smooth coordination with authorities. This role involves accurate data entry, managing visa applications, and maintaining confidentiality when handling sensitive information. Candidates should be fluent in Arabic and English, have strong relationship-building skills, and be able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter data into Etihad Airways and government authority systems.

• Liaise with various authorities to ensure timely processing of staff and guest documents.

• Administer visa-related duties (residential and commercial) and other government documentation.

• Respond to application queries via email and phone.

• Maintain confidentiality of personal and medical applicant information.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum: High school certificate.

• Preferred: 2 years’ experience in a similar position and/or customer service.

• Fluency in Arabic and English is required.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
