Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-focused Quantity Surveyor to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will oversee all contractual and financial aspects of construction projects, ensuring cost efficiency, regulatory compliance, and quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and control project finances to achieve effective cost management.

• Measure and value on-site work, preparing interim valuations and final accounts.

• Monitor project progress, preparing expenditure reports and cost forecasts.

• Prepare and analyze tender cost estimates.

• Manage contracts with subcontractors and suppliers, including procurement and payments.

• Collaborate with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.

• Ensure compliance with UAE legal and regulatory requirements.

• Provide expert advice on contractual claims and dispute resolutions.

• Support project managers on commercial construction matters.

• Prepare and manage Variation Orders accurately.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.

• 3 to 4 years of relevant experience, preferably within the UAE or GCC construction industry.

• Strong knowledge of construction processes, contract law, and local building regulations.

• Proficient with cost estimation software tools.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong analytical and mathematical ability.

• Keen attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
