Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and methodical Quality Laboratory Technician to support product testing and quality control in a manufacturing environment. Reporting to the Quality Supervisor, this role ensures that all products meet quality and safety standards before market release. Ideal candidates will have 1–2 years of experience in a lab or manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct and develop laboratory testing procedures in line with industry standards

• Support product development through validation of process and product modifications

• Analyze test data and effectively communicate results to relevant teams

• Calibrate, operate, and maintain R&D lab testing equipment

• Ensure testing accuracy, cleanliness, and compliance with hygiene protocols

• Assist in quality assurance initiatives and continuous improvement processes

Qualifications & Skills:

• Degree or diploma in laboratory science, chemistry, or a related field

• 1–2 years of experience in a laboratory or manufacturing environment

• Strong understanding of testing protocols and product validation

• Experience working with R&D teams is preferred

• Detail-oriented with a methodical and analytical mindset

• Proficient in handling lab instruments and statistical data analysis

• Excellent communication and reporting skills

• Prior exposure to hygienic or regulated environments is a plus
