Job Description:
We are looking for a meticulous and analytical Quality Laboratory Technician to join our team. In this key role, you will report to the Quality Supervisor and be responsible for ensuring that products meet strict quality standards before entering the market. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in a laboratory or manufacturing environment and a passion for maintaining excellence in testing procedures and results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and refine laboratory testing protocols for product quality and compliance

• Support product development by validating process and product modifications

• Analyze test data and communicate findings to the R&D and quality assurance teams

• Calibrate and maintain R&D laboratory equipment for optimal performance

• Maintain high standards of hygiene, documentation, and safety across all lab activities

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in a lab or manufacturing setting

• Formal education in laboratory science, chemistry, or a related field

• Familiarity with R&D testing procedures and quality assurance standards
