Job Description:

NOVVI Properties is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Property Consultant to join our team in Dubai. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent client management skills and a deep understanding of the real estate market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, advising clients on property transactions, and ensuring seamless customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily outreach to potential landlords and sellers.

• Provide expert property market appraisals and insights to clients.

• Collaborate with the media team for property advertising and marketing.

• Identify and offer tailored real estate solutions based on client needs.

• Stay updated on market trends and industry developments.

• Arrange property viewings and facilitate successful transactions.

• Build and maintain strong, trust-based client relationships.

Requirements:

• Experience in sales or client-facing roles (Real estate experience preferred).

• Minimum 6 months of experience in the Dubai real estate market.

• Proven track record in property transactions is an advantage.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and committed to success.
