ADIV Human Resources Consultancies is looking for a Project Management Office (PMO) Specialist for their client in Sharjah Media City. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of project management experience, ideally in business setup or Free Zone environments. This role involves overseeing the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, while ensuring effective stakeholder communication and operational improvements.
Key Responsibilities:

Project Incubation & Implementation:
Lead planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, ensuring clear communication of project goals.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth implementation. -
Management Reporting:
Provide regular progress updates and detailed reports to management.
Prepare presentations and document project outcomes and learnings. -
Establishment of New Functions:
Drive the setup of new functions, services, and internal processes.
Identify opportunities for innovation and operational improvement. -
Support & Governance:
Ensure transparency and governance across functions.
Apply best practices in project management and reporting. -
Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with internal teams and key stakeholders.
Align project execution with organizational goals.
Facilitate communication between teams and leadership.
Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field.

2-4 years of relevant experience (Free Zone/business setup experience preferred).

Strong skills in project planning, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.

Proficient in MS Office and project management tools.

Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
-
Bilingual in English & Arabic preferred.
Salary: 8,000–9,000 AED
