Middle East Protection Services (MEPS) LLC, a leading MEP, HVAC, and kitchen ventilation contractor in Abu Dhabi, is seeking an experienced HVAC Supervisor to oversee and manage our MEP/HVAC projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership abilities, and proven experience in GCC projects. This is a full-time, on-site position offering career growth and the opportunity to work on landmark commercial and industrial projects.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise HVAC installation, testing, and commissioning activities on-site.

• Ensure compliance with ADCD, ASHRAE, and UAE standards.

• Manage and coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.

• Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met.

• Conduct quality checks and enforce safety compliance across all works.

• Report project status to management and resolve on-site challenges.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in MEP/HVAC projects.

• Proven GCC project experience is required.

• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and controls.

• Excellent leadership and team management skills.

• Ability to handle site challenges and deliver projects within deadlines.
