Lockton MENA, a leading independent insurance brokerage headquartered in Dubai, is seeking a Senior Claims Handler to manage a portfolio of claims primarily in Medical Malpractice and Employee Benefits. This full-time, on-site role requires a proactive professional capable of handling claims from first advice through settlement, acting as an ambassador for Lockton’s claims services, and delivering exceptional client support. Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of claims across the UAE, from first advice to final settlement.

• Ensure all claims comply with service standards, KPIs, and internal procedures.

• Communicate with clients, insurers, and internal teams to provide updates and reports.

• Conduct negotiations with insurance companies and other parties to achieve favorable claim outcomes.

• Monitor claims for allocated clients and assist team members when necessary.

• Provide claims information for renewals and quarterly meetings.

• Support and mentor team members in managing client claims.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Business Administration, or Risk Management.

• 2–5 years of insurance industry experience, focusing on Medical or Life claims.

• Professional qualifications (e.g., Cert CII, working towards Dip CII) and ongoing professional development.

• Strong understanding of insurance policies, coverage, and claims processes.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Analytical, organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
