Client Success & Activation Manager
LM Cosmetics Dubai , UAE

LM Cosmetics, a leading professional haircare distribution company, is seeking a Client Success & Activation Manager to join our Dubai team. This role focuses on transforming premium salon partnerships into memorable brand experiences. You will drive salon activations, manage post-sale client journeys, and coordinate marketing visuals to ensure long-term loyalty and repeat purchases. The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of sales, education, and marketing, with a client-first mindset and strong project coordination skills.

Responsibilities:

  1. Salon Activations & Events

    • Collaborate with clients to co-create salon marketing calendars (e.g., seasonal campaigns, special kits).

    • Plan and execute offline salon events, including launches, beauty events, and backwash days.

    • Meet clients to define goals, themes, and event scope.

    • Brief educators, marketing, and warehouse teams for smooth execution.

    • Track event outcomes and analyze impact on sales.

  2. Post-Sale Client Journey

    • Build onboarding plans for new salons, including training, visuals, and service pricing sheets.

    • Schedule follow-ups to identify gaps and provide refreshers.

    • Ensure new accounts are set up for success.

  3. Visual & Marketing Coordination

    • Plan seasonal promotional campaigns (e.g., Eid, Christmas, Summer care).

    • Coordinate in-salon visual updates with the design team.

    • Align with the sales team to ensure promotions are implemented correctly.

  4. Feedback & Improvement Loop

    • Collect structured feedback from salon owners after activations.

    • Identify training or marketing gaps and propose improvements.

    • Collaborate with educator and sales teams to refine strategies.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in salon distribution or client-facing roles in beauty/FMCG.

  • Strong project coordination and organizational skills.

  • Confidence in meeting salon owners and proposing ideas.

  • Understanding of salon operations and factors driving reorders.

  • Excellent follow-up, communication, and multitasking abilities.

  • Bonus: experience in running events, salon education, marketing, visual merchandising, or light design/Canva skills.
