Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Project Architect to lead architectural design and coordination on high-profile projects. You will be the key contact for clients, contractors, and internal teams, ensuring timely delivery of quality architectural services from concept through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of architectural services in accordance with project scope, timelines, and quality standards.

• Review and coordinate shop drawings, submittals, and specifications for compliance with project requirements and local regulations.

• Ensure design coordination across disciplines and resolve technical issues.

• Attend technical meetings and progress reviews with clients and contractors.

• Assist in evaluating variations, contractor claims, and schedules.

• Guide and review QA/QC processes for architectural deliverables.

• Prepare project documentation and correspondence as required.

• Support project handover by reviewing O&M manuals and as-built documentation.

• Maintain ongoing dialogue with regulatory authorities and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture; LEED accreditation is a plus.

• Minimum 7 years of architectural experience on large-scale projects.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD Architecture, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

• Membership in RIBA or AIA preferred.
