XED is seeking a Program Advisor to join their remote team, connecting senior business leaders with executive education programs from globally renowned universities. This full-time role involves guiding professionals through program selection, managing enrollments, and supporting leadership development initiatives.
Responsibilities:

Manage the full enrollment process from initial engagement to confirmed participation.

Conduct detailed needs assessments to recommend the most suitable programs.

Deliver tailored guidance supporting participants’ professional growth.

Collaborate with marketing and program teams to optimize lead quality and conversion rates.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in CRM systems.
Skills & Requirements:

Proven success in consultative sales, advisory roles, or business development, ideally in executive education or high-value services.

Strong rapport-building skills with senior decision-makers and stakeholders.

Excellent verbal and written communication in English; proficiency in Arabic required.

Analytical mindset to understand complex client needs and propose effective solutions.

Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).

Interest in leadership development and lifelong learning.

5+ years of relevant experience preferred.
