ManpowerGroup Middle East is hiring an Attraction Manager for Hatta Outdoor attractions. The successful candidate will lead planning, promotion, and day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and optimal facility performance. This full-time, on-site role requires strong leadership, operational management, and customer service skills in a fast-paced outdoor attraction environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute attraction-specific strategies, including new activities, special events, and partnerships.

• Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, staffing, maintenance, and safety compliance.

• Ensure adherence to health & safety protocols and Dubai Municipality regulations.

• Conduct staff training on safety procedures, customer service, and operational standards.

• Manage budgets, track P&L, and optimize cost control measures.

• Coordinate with marketing, sales, and external vendors to drive visitor numbers.

• Analyze visitor feedback and operational metrics to recommend improvements.

• Perform ad-hoc management tasks as required by operations leadership.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience managing outdoor/tourism attractions or event venues.

• Strong leadership, budget management, and vendor negotiation skills.

• Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
