Job Overview

We are seeking a Product Manager to lead growth initiatives for the TruDoc mobile app, focusing on increasing user acquisition, engagement, and retention. This is a strategic role with hands-on execution, ideal for a data-driven professional ready to make a real impact in the healthcare tech space.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement growth strategies to drive app downloads, activations, and long-term user retention

• Analyze user behavior and funnel data to identify and capitalize on optimization opportunities

• Conduct A/B tests and experiments to improve conversion rates and engagement

• Align acquisition and retention initiatives across paid, organic, and referral channels

• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to enhance onboarding and engagement features

• Use analytics tools to measure campaign impact and iterate for continuous improvement

• Work closely with insurance providers and corporate HRMS platforms to boost app adoption among insured users

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in growth-focused product management, ideally in a startup or fast-scaling tech company

• Strong analytical skills and a data-first mindset

• Proven experience with A/B testing, user funnel analysis, and experimentation frameworks

• Solid knowledge of mobile app growth tactics (ASO, push notifications, referrals, paid media)

• Excellent collaboration skills across marketing, product, engineering, and business teams

• Bonus: Experience in healthcare, insurance, or B2B2C platforms
