Ounass is seeking a Personal Shopping Assistant (PSA) to join its Ounass Maison team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about luxury fashion, highly organized, and eager to support Personal Shoppers in delivering a world-class client experience. The PSA will ensure seamless service during client appointments, maintain operational standards, and contribute to the luxury environment of Ounass Maison.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Service Support

Assist Personal Shoppers during appointments, ensuring smooth preparation and follow-up.

Handle product requests efficiently, including sourcing, steaming, and styling support.

Anticipate client needs and maintain Maison standards in fitting rooms, refreshments, and overall presentation.

Support packaging, gifting, and after-service follow-up as required.
Product & Operations

Maintain stockroom organization and assist with product rotation on the Maison floor.

Coordinate with operations, stock, and cashier teams to ensure timely request processing.

Manage deliveries, returns, and exchanges according to Maison standards.

Support visual merchandising within the Maison.
Team Collaboration

Work closely with Personal Shoppers, Coordinators, and the wider Maison team for seamless service.

Provide operational and administrative support during events, activations, and peak seasons.

Assist with Maison reporting and documentation.
Requirements:

Previous experience in luxury fashion retail or hospitality preferred.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Passion for luxury service with attention to detail.

Flexibility to support evening events and brand activations.
-
Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages is a plus.
