Role Overview:
We are hiring a Part-Time Social Media Strategist to lead brand positioning, trend spotting, and recognition-building strategies. This role is remote and strategy-only, with a preference for Dubai-based candidates who can join occasional in-person meetings. The strategist will audit existing brand presence, recommend content directions, and contribute to campaign and creative briefs.
Key Responsibilities:

Audit current brand presence across social and paid media channels.

Propose refreshed content direction including brand voice, hooks, content pillars, and platform trends.

Identify storytelling and engagement gaps with actionable strategic solutions.

Collaborate with internal content and advertising teams for aligned messaging.

Provide competitor and market insights focused on Dubai and US markets.

Contribute to campaign strategy and creative direction (not routine content creation).
Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in social media strategy (not content posting).

Strong knowledge of Dubai and US beauty/lifestyle markets.

Experience working with DTC brands in beauty, wellness, or fashion sectors.

Expertise in hooks, tone of voice, platform trends, and brand positioning.

Ability to submit portfolio samples: brand guides, campaign plans, creative decks, etc.

Bonus: Availability for occasional strategy sessions in Dubai (not mandatory).
