Role Overview:
We are seeking a Remote Operations Tech Assistant to join our fast-paced and flexible team. This full-time role focuses on maintaining the backend of sales and marketing operations—including CRM workflows, automation tools, and data management. You will work as the crucial link between the creative, sales, and operations teams, ensuring smooth tech execution and data integrity across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize marketing funnels, webinars, and nurturing sequences.

• Oversee HubSpot CRM: maintain deal pipelines, workflows, and data hygiene.

• Build automations using Zapier, Make, or n8n to streamline operations.

• Manage platform access for team onboarding and offboarding.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across sales, delivery, and ops.

• Design and manage internal dashboards and performance reports.

• Consolidate and maintain multi-source data from CRMs and spreadsheets.

• Act as the tech liaison across internal departments to improve processes.

Skills & Qualifications:

• CRM Experience: Deep familiarity with HubSpot (Marketing & Sales Hubs).

• Funnel Platforms: Proficiency with GoHighLevel or similar systems.

• Automation Tools: Strong knowledge of Zapier, Make, or comparable platforms.

• Data Management: Skilled in Google Sheets, Excel, and cross-tool syncing.

• Tech Stack Fluency: Understanding of UTM tracking, DNS/email config, and code snippets.

• Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Bonus Skills:

• Understanding of email deliverability best practices.

• Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics tools.

• Experience in supporting SaaS, consulting, or coaching brands.
