Position Overview:

We are hiring a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive with proven experience in the car rental industry to manage daily fleet operations, enhance customer satisfaction, and ensure regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, hands-on fleet management knowledge, and the ability to lead front-line operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Oversee day-to-day rental operations to ensure smooth and efficient vehicle dispatch and return processes
🔹 Manage fleet inventory, vehicle availability, maintenance schedules, and damage control
🔹 Coordinate with rental agents to deliver exceptional customer service experiences
🔹 Resolve customer complaints and service escalations promptly and professionally
🔹 Monitor operational expenses and revenue performance, contributing to profitability goals
🔹 Enforce safety regulations, licensing standards, and local compliance requirements
🔹 Train, supervise, and evaluate operational staff and drivers
🔹 Implement process improvements and operational policies to drive efficiency
🔹 Utilize fleet management software and digital tools for tracking reservations and assets
🔹 Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align service delivery with business growth goals

Candidate Requirements:

✔ Prior experience in the car rental industry is mandatory
✔ Strong knowledge of fleet operations, rental procedures, and customer service standards
✔ Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution abilities
