CDHorizon, a leading provider of scaffolding solutions and rental services across the UAE, is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This full-time, on-site role focuses on coordinating daily operations, managing inventory, processing invoices, and ensuring smooth project execution from dispatch to delivery and return.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate accurate invoices based on rental agreements, timesheets, and purchase orders.

  • Track rental periods, calculate charges, and process billing promptly.

  • Handle client queries related to invoices and resolve discrepancies.

  • Assist with accounts receivable follow-ups and payment collections.

  • Maintain accurate records of transactions, client interactions, and operational data.

  • Serve as primary contact for clients, providing updates on orders and delivery schedules.

  • Coordinate daily operations to ensure efficient workflow and project execution.

Requirements:

  • Currently located in the UAE and available to work in Abu Dhabi.

  • 2–3 years of experience in operations and invoicing, preferably in scaffolding rental.

  • Strong knowledge of scaffolding equipment and industry practices.

  • Proficient in invoicing software and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).

  • Excellent command of English; multi-lingual proficiency is a plus.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • UAE driving license is an advantage.
