CDHorizon, a leading provider of scaffolding solutions and rental services across the UAE, is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This full-time, on-site role focuses on coordinating daily operations, managing inventory, processing invoices, and ensuring smooth project execution from dispatch to delivery and return.
Key Responsibilities:

Generate accurate invoices based on rental agreements, timesheets, and purchase orders.

Track rental periods, calculate charges, and process billing promptly.

Handle client queries related to invoices and resolve discrepancies.

Assist with accounts receivable follow-ups and payment collections.

Maintain accurate records of transactions, client interactions, and operational data.

Serve as primary contact for clients, providing updates on orders and delivery schedules.

Coordinate daily operations to ensure efficient workflow and project execution.
Requirements:

Currently located in the UAE and available to work in Abu Dhabi.

2–3 years of experience in operations and invoicing, preferably in scaffolding rental.

Strong knowledge of scaffolding equipment and industry practices.

Proficient in invoicing software and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
-
Excellent command of English; multi-lingual proficiency is a plus.

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
-
Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
-
UAE driving license is an advantage.
