Raffles Dubai is seeking an energetic and professional F&B Server for the Pool Bar. This full-time, on-site role focuses on delivering a luxurious dining and beverage experience to guests while upholding the highest hospitality standards. The role requires strong knowledge of F&B operations, menu offerings, guest service excellence, and adherence to hygiene and safety protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional guest service with attention to detail and personalization.

• Follow LQA and Outlet service standards efficiently to ensure smooth operations.

• Have in-depth knowledge of menus, beverages, allergens, and dietary requirements.

• Support colleagues across Bar, Sections, and Back Area as needed.

• Conduct opening, closing, and side duties, including inventory checks and cleanliness.

• Handle cash transactions with integrity and follow accounting procedures.

• Coordinate with other departments (Housekeeping, Stewarding, Engineering) for smooth operations.

• Maintain safety, hygiene, and ALL SAFE standards at all times.

• Upsell F&B offerings and contribute to achieving outlet goals.

• Attend training sessions and actively engage in continuous learning.

Requirements / Skills:

• Positive, energetic, and professional attitude.

• Well-presented and groomed at all times.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Hospitality education is preferable.

• Fluent in English; a second language is a plus.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Food & Beverage in 5* luxury hospitality.
