Gulf Star Sports, a leading sports and educational services provider in the UAE, is seeking a Cheerleading Coach to join our team in Dubai. This part-time, on-site role involves planning and conducting cheerleading practices, coaching teams, teaching tumbling and gymnastics skills, and developing routines. The coach will ensure a positive, motivating environment while communicating effectively with team members, parents, and other staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct cheerleading practices and training sessions.

• Coach cheerleading teams and develop routines.

• Teach tumbling and gymnastics skills safely and effectively.

• Motivate and inspire participants, fostering teamwork and sportsmanship.

• Communicate with parents, team members, and other coaches to ensure a supportive environment.

Requirements:

• Strong skills in cheerleading, gymnastics, and tumbling.

• Coaching experience with the ability to develop routines.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to motivate and inspire participants.

• Relevant certifications in cheerleading or gymnastics coaching preferred.

• First aid certification is beneficial.
