We are hiring a detail-oriented Operations Accountant to join our growing Dubai team. This role is ideal for a Russian-speaking accountant who thrives in a fast-paced outsourcing environment and excels in managing client financial operations using modern digital accounting tools. ✅ Key Responsibilities:
💳 Banking Operations & Payment Management

Import bank statements into Zoho Books and QuickBooks
-
Classify and verify payments; identify and correct mismatches
-
Conduct monthly bank reconciliations in line with internal SOPs
📦 Accounts Payable, Receivable & Documentation
-
Enter supplier invoices and manage outgoing payments
-
Record shipment invoices; manage receivables and payables
-
Perform monthly reconciliations with vendors and customers
💼 Payroll & WPS Compliance
-
Process payrolls and generate payment schedules
-
Ensure salary disbursement aligns with UAE WPS and legal requirements
📊 Reporting & Period Close
-
Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing procedures
-
Reconcile intercompany accounts and assist in VAT/CIT report preparation
-
Help in compiling and submitting tax reports as per client requests
🔁 Process Management & Collaboration

Track and report daily tasks via Asana
-
Coordinate with client-side accountants and internal teams
-
Contribute to internal knowledge base and follow SOPs
✅ Candidate Requirements:
🎓 Education & Experience
-
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics

Minimum 3 years’ experience in accounting, preferably in outsourcing

Familiar with UAE tax laws, VAT, CIT, and financial reporting
🧾 Skills & Tools

Fluent in Russian and proficient in English (spoken/written)

Advanced Excel skills

Working knowledge of Zoho Books, QuickBooks, and modern accounting systems

Strong attention to detail, time management, and task prioritization
