Job Description:
Kendo Middle East, part of the LVMH family, is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Coordinator to support the smooth functioning of our fast-paced team. You’ll serve as the backbone of office operations, provide executive assistance to senior leadership, and help ensure a collaborative, efficient, and energized work environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Office Operations: Manage daily office functions, including pantry management, receiving shipments, and maintaining order in the workspace and storage rooms

Executive Support: Assist the General Manager and VP with calendars, travel coordination, internal communications, and reporting

Meetings & Travel: Arrange meetings, regional travel plans, and logistics for visiting teams

Vendor Management: Oversee vendor services and ensure office supply availability

HR Support: Assist with employee onboarding/offboarding, compliance documentation, and planning internal events for both office and retail teams

Logistics & IT: Handle office supply procurement, manage IT equipment needs, and contribute to overall workplace efficiency
Candidate Profile:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field preferred

2–3 years of experience in office administration or executive assistant roles, ideally in a dynamic, high-paced setting

Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Highly organized, with excellent communication and multitasking skills
