Our client is a well-established valuation and advisory firm headquartered in Dubai, specializing in independent real estate valuations across the US and MENA regions.
Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and efficient Office Admin to oversee daily administrative functions, ensure smooth communication, and support operational activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office coordination within the real estate industry and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.

Handle all communications including emails, phone calls, and official correspondence.

Coordinate schedules, organize meetings, appointments, and company events.

Maintain records, track contract renewals, manage office bookings, invoices, and send payment reminders.
Candidate Requirements:

Open to Asian nationals

Female, up to 35 years of age

Minimum 2 years of UAE-based administrative experience, preferably in the real estate sector

Strong adaptability, communication skills, and organizational abilities

Ability to multitask and perform efficiently under pressure
