Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager (Head of Early Years) to lead our newly established Early Childhood Centre in Sharjah. The role involves overseeing both academic and operational functions, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations, and delivering exceptional early years education inspired by EYFS, IPC, Reggio Emilia, and the Curiosity Approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all academic and operational aspects of the Early Childhood Centre.

• Deliver the vision of JINS and Fortes Education while maximizing enrollment across programmes.

• Recruit, train, and retain high-quality staff members.

• Develop and implement a balanced EYFS/IPC curriculum enriched with Fortes’ Accelerated Learning initiatives.

• Ensure facilities meet the highest quality standards and comply with SPEA, MOH, SM, and other regulatory requirements.

• Manage financial systems and oversee daily operational functions effectively.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or postgraduate qualification in Early Childhood Education (or Level 5 vocational qualification).

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in managing an Early Childhood Centre or similar leadership role.

• Strong knowledge of childcare regulations and compliance standards in the UAE.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Passionate about early years education with the ability to inspire and nurture teams and children alike.
