Drool Group, which owns multiple pet care brands including Yalla Grooming, Petzania, and WOOF Pets Services, is seeking a Pet Groomer for its Dubai outlets. This full-time, on-site role involves providing professional grooming services while ensuring the comfort, safety, and wellbeing of pets. The groomer will work closely with customers, drivers, and support staff to deliver a high-quality and stress-free grooming experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform grooming services including bathing, brushing, haircuts, nail trimming, ear cleaning, and de-shedding.

• Handle pets with care, patience, and professionalism.

• Follow grooming instructions provided by pet owners.

• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of grooming tools, salon/van, and equipment.

• Identify health or skin issues and inform customers or supervisors.

• Ensure safety procedures are followed for pets and staff.

• Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with pet owners.

• Work efficiently to meet daily grooming schedules.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a pet groomer.

• Ability to groom different breeds and coat types.

• Knowledge of grooming techniques, products, and safety standards.

• Passion for animals and ability to handle pets of various sizes and temperaments.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
