Jumeriah International Nurseries (JINS), part of the Fortes Education family, is seeking a Teaching Assistant to support early years educators in delivering high-quality learning experiences. JINS is a trusted Early Years Childhood chain in Dubai, nurturing children aged 6 weeks to 6 years across 5 branches. This full-time, on-site role involves assisting teachers, supporting classroom activities, and fostering the development and wellbeing of young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in delivering the British Early Years Foundation Stage Framework and International Pre-school programme.

• Support children’s learning and development in classroom activities.

• Communicate effectively with children and team members.

• Help maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment.

• Undertake various tasks to support daily nursery operations efficiently.

Requirements:

• Female candidates preferred.

• Experience in an early years setting (nursery/school) supporting teaching staff.

• University degree, CACHE Level 2 qualification, or relevant early childhood experience.

• High school certificate minimum.

• Strong teamwork, communication, and flexibility.
