Apparel Group is seeking a Beauty Advisor to represent the brand, provide exceptional customer service, and maximize sales within the store. This full-time, on-site role requires knowledge of cosmetics products, retail operations, and a strong passion for delivering an outstanding shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate excellent make-up selling skills and product knowledge.

• Recommend products tailored to customer needs and link relevant accessories.

• Represent the brand according to standard guidelines while minimizing stock loss.

• Maintain stock layout, visual merchandising, and store presentation standards.

• Handle POS (Point of Sale) systems, process payments, issue receipts/refunds, and manage cash accurately.

• Greet customers and assist them in selecting the right products.

• Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program for repeat sales.

• Maintain awareness of store security and ensure highest housekeeping standards.

• Record inventory movements and maintain accurate stock reports.

• Be presentable, well-groomed, and professional at all times.

• Work flexible hours during sales or festival periods as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Knowledge of various cosmetics products and accessories.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to convert window shoppers into buyers.
