Startup One UAQ Launchpad – SOUL is seeking passionate and experienced professionals to join its growing network of mentors for early-stage startups. As a Startup Mentor, you will play a transformative role in supporting founders, shaping their business strategies, and helping them navigate the challenges of building scalable ventures.

This is a volunteer remote position, with flexibility to engage in equity-based or pro-rata compensation directly with startups, depending on the arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer strategic advice and mentorship to early-stage startup founders

• Share industry insights, domain knowledge, and network connections

• Participate in one-on-one or group mentoring sessions

• Review and provide feedback on pitch decks, business models, and go-to-market strategies

• Support founders in tackling real-world challenges in areas such as fundraising, hiring, scaling, or product development

• Select startups of interest from a curated portfolio and engage at your own pace

Who You Are:

• A founder, operator, investor, or domain expert with 5+ years of relevant experience

• Deeply passionate about entrepreneurship and innovation

• Committed to giving back to the startup community

• Comfortable with remote collaboration and asynchronous engagement

• Open to volunteering, with flexibility to discuss compensation or equity with startups as needed
