Job Description

As the Medical Director, you will be the strategic and clinical leader of Seline Clinic Dubai. You will drive clinical quality, oversee operational efficiency, and implement cutting-edge medical programs while maintaining full compliance with DHA regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the clinic’s medical vision, aligned with business goals

• Oversee daily clinical operations and ensure DHA compliance and ethical standards

• Develop protocols and best practices for aesthetic medical care

• Lead and mentor interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional patient experiences

• Collaborate with executives to drive innovation, growth, and efficiency

• Represent Seline Clinic at medical conferences and industry forums

• Monitor KPIs, quality benchmarks, and continuously improve care delivery

• Cultivate partnerships with medical boards, government bodies, and stakeholders

• Stay current with medical research and trends in aesthetic medicine

• Perform additional duties as assigned by higher management

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in aesthetic or cosmetic medicine, including 5+ in leadership roles

• DHA license (specialization in Endocrinology preferred)

• Proven track record of strategic execution and clinical excellence

• In-depth understanding of DHA laws, aesthetic protocols, and patient safety regulations

• Strong leadership, team-building, and communication skills

• Business acumen in budgeting, resource allocation, and medical economics
