We are seeking a detail-oriented Material Submittal Engineer to manage and oversee all material-related documentation and approval processes for ongoing construction projects. The role involves preparing, reviewing, and coordinating material submittals in compliance with project specifications, client requirements, and international standards.

As part of the engineering and project management team, you will liaise with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely approval and delivery of materials. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of submittals, ensuring adherence to project timelines, and supporting procurement teams by providing technical validation of materials.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of construction materials, industry standards, and project documentation procedures. Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders are essential.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.

• 2–4 years of experience in material submittals and approvals within construction projects.

• Familiarity with project specifications, standards, and documentation processes.

• Excellent coordination, organizational, and reporting skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
