Lead the end-to-end lifecycle management of AI systems across RTA, driving AI innovation, operational excellence, and data-driven decision-making aligned with RTA’s strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee execution of AI Implementation Plan; report progress to Director of Data & AI and key stakeholders.

Identify organization-wide AI needs, eliminate duplications, and recommend integrated AI solutions.

Lead, manage, and plan resources for the AI team to ensure high performance.

Collaborate with Data Management & Platform teams for seamless AI model integration within enterprise data architecture.
-
Promote AI adoption across the organization by aligning AI use cases with business goals.

Integrate AI technologies with GIS for enhanced geospatial analytics and decision-making.
-
Communicate complex AI concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
Education & Certifications
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Skills & Expertise

Expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and AI automation.

Strong experience in AI model development and deployment pipelines.

Knowledge of data architecture and systems integration.

Proficient in project management and agile delivery methodologies.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Proven team leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Experience with digital transformation in government or enterprise settings.

8–10 years of hands-on experience in AI development, deployment, or operations.
