Lead the end-to-end lifecycle management of AI systems across RTA, driving AI innovation, operational excellence, and data-driven decision-making aligned with RTA’s strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee execution of AI Implementation Plan; report progress to Director of Data & AI and key stakeholders.

• Identify organization-wide AI needs, eliminate duplications, and recommend integrated AI solutions.

• Lead, manage, and plan resources for the AI team to ensure high performance.

• Collaborate with Data Management & Platform teams for seamless AI model integration within enterprise data architecture.

• Promote AI adoption across the organization by aligning AI use cases with business goals.

• Integrate AI technologies with GIS for enhanced geospatial analytics and decision-making.

• Communicate complex AI concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

Skills & Expertise

• Expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and AI automation.

• Strong experience in AI model development and deployment pipelines.

• Knowledge of data architecture and systems integration.

• Proficient in project management and agile delivery methodologies.
