🎓 Position Overview

Signify is looking for a Lighting Designer – Intern to join its Dubai office. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to real-world architectural and infrastructure projects while learning from an industry leader in lighting technology and design.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Support conceptual design for indoor, outdoor, street, and infrastructure lighting projects.

• Prepare lighting layouts, visual renderings, and presentations using design software.

• Conduct photometric analysis and lighting calculations using Dialux or Relux.

• Participate in design reviews, brainstorming sessions, and project meetings.

• Assist in drafting technical documentation including luminaire schedules and specifications.

• Conduct product and sustainability research related to lighting technology.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (e.g., architects, engineers).

• Contribute to high customer satisfaction and support sales targets.

✅ Skills & Qualifications

• Recent graduate in Architecture or Electrical Engineering.

• Strong visual design sense and spatial understanding.

• Basic knowledge of lighting concepts and building systems.

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Dialux, SketchUp, or Rhino.

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) skills are a plus.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

• Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn in a collaborative setting.
