Position Overview:

We are seeking a charismatic and detail-oriented Lifestyle Bartender to join the dynamic team at St. Regis Dubai, The Palm. In this role, you will be the face of our luxury bar experience, crafting exceptional beverages and creating a memorable atmosphere for guests through refined service, flair, and hospitality. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, wines, and other beverages according to St. Regis standards

• Provide an engaging, personalized guest experience at the bar and lounge areas

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stock control and inventory

• Follow safety and sanitation procedures in compliance with health standards

• Collaborate with the Food & Beverage team to ensure smooth bar service and guest satisfaction

• Recommend signature drinks and seasonal offerings to guests based on their preferences

• Handle guest concerns or complaints professionally and promptly

• Uphold Marriott and St. Regis brand standards of excellence at all times

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience as a bartender in a high-end hotel, lounge, or fine-dining environment

• Strong mixology skills with knowledge of classic and modern cocktails

• A polished, professional appearance and excellent communication skills

• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences

• Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays

• Team player with a proactive attitude and attention to detail

• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
