Job Description

As a Landscape Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all phases of landscape project execution—from planning and budgeting to civil works and compliance with sustainability standards. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee landscape project planning, budgeting, and execution.

• Manage project deadlines to ensure timely delivery.

• Supervise civil works and coordinate with contractors, engineers, and stakeholders.

• Monitor and control project costs and budgets.

• Promote sustainable landscaping practices and implement green initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with UAE municipality regulations, safety standards, and approvals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in UAE landscaping project management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.

• Proven experience managing large-scale landscape projects.

• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.

• Knowledgeable in sustainable landscape design and environmental regulations.

• Familiarity with UAE municipality regulations and approval processes.

• Must be a Municipality-approved engineer.
