Sunshine Enterprise Consulting DMCC is hiring a passionate and qualified Kindergarten Teacher (CBSE) for a reputed school in Al Barsha, Dubai. This full-time position is ideal for educators who are enthusiastic about fostering early childhood development and have prior experience teaching in a CBSE/Indian curriculum school environment. The teacher will be responsible for creating a nurturing, engaging, and inclusive learning space for children aged 3–6, promoting their overall growth and readiness for future academic success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver creative lesson plans aligned with CBSE standards for early childhood education.

• Incorporate play-based and activity-oriented methods to develop literacy, numeracy, and motor skills.

• Foster a warm, supportive, and stimulating classroom atmosphere that promotes independence and confidence.

• Observe, assess, and document students’ learning progress and developmental milestones.

• Maintain consistent communication with parents and guardians regarding academic performance and classroom behavior.

• Ensure a clean, safe, and organized learning environment at all times.

• Support students’ emotional development and guide positive social interactions.

• Participate in staff meetings, school functions, and professional development activities.

• Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development and student evaluations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or Early Childhood Education (preferred).

• Teaching certification or diploma in early years education.

• 2–3 years of kindergarten teaching experience, preferably in a CBSE/Indian curriculum school in Dubai.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Patience, empathy, and a student-centered approach to teaching.
