Our client, a global leader in the FMCG and commodities sector, is seeking a high-performing Key Account Manager to drive growth and manage strategic partnerships across North Africa. Based in Dubai, this role offers the opportunity to shape commercial strategy, strengthen client relationships, and expand market presence in one of the fastest-growing regions.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute commercial and go-to-market strategies across multiple North African countries.

Manage and grow relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and trading partners.

Oversee full sales cycles including forecasting, demand planning, negotiation, and contract management.

Collaborate with logistics, trade marketing, finance, supply chain, and R&D teams to deliver end-to-end client solutions.

Track industry trends, analyze market data, and identify new revenue opportunities.

Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and high-level client meetings.

Ensure full compliance with company policies and regional regulations.
Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, key account management, or business development within FMCG, food, or commodities.

Proven success in expanding new markets and achieving sales targets.

Strong negotiation, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
-
Fluency in English and Arabic (mandatory).

Strong commercial acumen and analytical mindset.
-
Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Willingness to travel frequently across North Africa.
-
Prior knowledge of African markets is a strong advantage.
