Job Title : IT & Web Development Specialist

Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and driven IT & Web Development Specialist to join our Abu Dhabi-based team. This full-time position requires a tech-savvy professional who can seamlessly handle both IT infrastructure and web development tasks. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations across internal systems while also designing and managing engaging, high-performance websites and digital platforms for the company and its clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and manage company and client websites and digital platforms.

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.

• Maintain and manage the organization’s computer network infrastructure.

• Configure and support the company’s telephone and VoIP systems.

• Procure, install, and configure IT equipment and licensed software.

• Oversee server functionality and ensure proper management of CCTV systems.

• Install and maintain hardware, operating systems, and enterprise applications.

• Monitor systems to ensure consistent performance and minimize downtime.

• Stay current with technological trends and recommend relevant upgrades and improvements.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary Range: AED 4,000 – AED 6,000 per month
Work Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 1–2 years of proven experience in IT support, networking, and web development.

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.

• Solid understanding of web development, CMS platforms, and server management.

• Strong multitasking skills and ability to work under pressure.
