Job Overview:
LNKD is looking for an Internal Controls & Policy Specialist to develop and maintain internal policies and procedures that align with business operations and regulatory standards. The successful candidate will ensure documentation is compliant, clear, and audit-ready, supporting organizational efficiency and effective risk mitigation.
Key Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and update internal policies and procedures across all departments.

Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Operations, and other departments to ensure alignment and accuracy of documents.

Translate complex regulatory information into clear, accessible policies for diverse stakeholders.

Manage document version control and maintain consistency across documentation.

Monitor internal and external regulatory changes to update policies in a timely manner.

Support internal audits and regulatory reviews by ensuring all documentation is organized and readily available.

Ensure proper storage, accessibility, and dissemination of documents across departments.
Internal & External Relationships:

Internal: Collaborates closely with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Operations, HR, IT, and Senior Management.

External: Liaises with regulatory bodies and external auditors when required.
Qualifications:
Education:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Compliance, or related fields.

Certifications in compliance, governance, or risk management are an advantage.
Experience:
-
3–5 years of relevant experience in policy development, compliance, or internal audit.

Experience in regulated sectors like finance, fintech, or healthcare is preferred.
Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Strong ability to simplify complex content into clear, concise documentation.

Effective collaboration and stakeholder management capabilities.

High attention to detail and organizational skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
