Job Title: Internal Auditor

Job Description:
We are looking for a meticulous and experienced Internal Auditor to join our organization. The ideal candidate should possess strong auditing and accounting expertise with a solid understanding of UAE regulatory compliance—specifically in the construction industry and preferably with experience in auditing precious metals or gold-related operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain precise financial records and lead audits of financial statements.

• Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management systems.

• Prepare and submit TAX returns in accordance with UAE tax laws.

• Audit transactions involving precious metals, ensuring full compliance and accuracy.

• Deliver detailed audit reports with findings, risks, and clear, actionable recommendations.

• Present audit outcomes to senior management and ensure transparency in reporting.

• Monitor FTA (Federal Tax Authority) regulatory updates and communicate implications to leadership.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support audit readiness and compliance.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 2 to 5 years of relevant internal audit experience.

• Mandatory experience in the construction industry.

• In-depth knowledge of UAE tax laws, audit regulations, and internal audit standards.

• Exposure to high-risk financial activities such as precious metals is highly advantageous.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with excellent attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently under tight deadlines.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

• Preferred certifications: CIA (Certified Internal Auditor), CA (Chartered Accountant).

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
