Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Interior Designer to join our dynamic team in Dubai. In this role, you will collaborate with design leadership to develop and deliver exceptional design solutions across a variety of commercial, retail, and hospitality projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement cohesive interior design concepts aligned with project briefs

• Lead schematic design and design development phases

• Prepare presentations and design documentation for client reviews

• Mentor junior designers and contribute to a collaborative team culture

• Select and specify materials, furniture, and finishes (FF&E)

• Participate in sustainability planning and implementation throughout project phases

• Manage client relationships and design presentations

• Conduct space planning and create program documentation

• Collaborate with technical and BIM teams to ensure design integrity

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience in interior design, preferably within commercial, hospitality, or retail sectors

• Strong skills in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign), and 3D design programs

• Solid knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and FF&E specifications

• Strong planning, presentation, and client communication skills

• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities

• Excellent graphic and visualization abilities

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Understanding of sustainable design principles

• Accreditation in LEED, WELL, Fitwel, LFA (preferred)

Technical Competencies:

• Design Tools: Revit, Rhino, AutoCAD, Navisworks

• Rendering & Visualization: Vray, Enscape, Twinmotion, 3DSMax

• Simulation & Sustainability: Sefaira, Diva, Ladybug, Insight

• Graphics & Productivity: Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office

• Computational Design: Grasshopper, Dynamo

• Experiential & Development Tools: Unreal Engine, Unity, C#, Python
