Job Description:
ASUS is hiring an Inside Sales Representative for its AIoT EMEA TPM team in Dubai. This hybrid role supports order processing, customer service, and cross-functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately process and manage customer orders

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for order tracking from intake to outbound delivery

• Provide regular updates to customers on open order statuses

• Collaborate with field sales teams to streamline front-end and back-end sales processes

• Perform backend administrative support tasks related to sales activities

Candidate Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in inside sales or customer service

• Fluent in spoken and written English

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Highly self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
