This role is central to guest satisfaction, ensuring a seamless dining experience from order to delivery. As the first point of contact for in-room dining, you will provide warm, attentive service and uphold the brand’s reputation for heartfelt hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take guest orders over the phone promptly and accurately.

• Ensure timely delivery of in-room dining orders.

• Provide excellent guest service, ensuring satisfaction and comfort.

• Collaborate with colleagues across departments for smooth IRD operations.

• Maintain complete knowledge of menus, beverages, and hotel services.

• Uphold privacy rights of guests while maintaining a hygienic and safe work area.

• Continuously enhance professional skills to improve guest experience.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous experience in Food & Beverage or restaurant operations.

• Passion for delivering excellent customer service.

• Strong team player with a positive attitude.

• Proficiency in English (additional languages a plus).
