Anantara Hotels & Resorts, a global luxury hospitality brand, is seeking an enthusiastic In-room Dining Order Taker to join its team in Dubai. This role is central to guest satisfaction, ensuring a seamless dining experience from order to delivery. As the first point of contact for in-room dining, you will provide warm, attentive service and uphold the brand’s reputation for heartfelt hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:

Take guest orders over the phone promptly and accurately.

Ensure timely delivery of in-room dining orders.

Provide excellent guest service, ensuring satisfaction and comfort.

Collaborate with colleagues across departments for smooth IRD operations.

Maintain complete knowledge of menus, beverages, and hotel services.

Uphold privacy rights of guests while maintaining a hygienic and safe work area.

Continuously enhance professional skills to improve guest experience.
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in Food & Beverage or restaurant operations.

Passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Strong team player with a positive attitude.

Proficiency in English (additional languages a plus).
