Masafi LLC is seeking a full-time, on-site Human Resources Coordinator to manage the end-to-end offboarding process. The role involves coordinating resignations, exit interviews, clearances, final settlements, and ensuring compliance with UAE labour laws. The ideal candidate will have HR experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive employee matters with discretion.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate the complete offboarding process, including resignations, exit interviews, clearances, and final settlements.

Liaise with PRO, payroll, and other departments to ensure timely cancellation of visas, benefits, and access rights.

Conduct and document exit interviews to capture valuable feedback and insights.

Maintain accurate employee records and update HR systems post-exit.

Ensure compliance with UAE labour law and company policies in all offboarding cases.

Support the HR team with general operations and employee relations as required.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

1–2 years of HR experience in the UAE, preferably within a group/company structure.

Strong knowledge of offboarding, HR operations, and UAE labour law.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion.
