About the Client:
Our client is a well-established and expanding Food & Beverage (F&B) group in the UAE, known for delivering high-quality hospitality experiences. As part of their organizational growth, they are seeking an experienced HR Manager to act as a strategic business partner and lead key HR initiatives across the company.
Role Overview:
Reporting to the HR Director, the HR Manager will oversee the full spectrum of human resources functions including employee relations, engagement strategies, performance management, compensation and benefits, and UAE labor law compliance. The ideal candidate will support organizational development while enhancing employee satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding.

Oversee HR policies, ensure legal compliance, and manage statutory records aligned with UAE labor law.

Handle complex employee relations issues including disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution.

Develop and implement employee engagement and retention strategies aligned with business goals.

Coordinate with leadership on performance appraisals, KPIs, and succession planning.

Manage compensation and benefits programs to remain competitive in the F&B market.

Support career development, training initiatives, and HR best practices for long-term capability building.

Collaborate with senior leadership and board members to align HR strategies with business objectives.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; CIPD Level 5 or higher is highly desirable.

Minimum 7 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role within the UAE.

Extensive knowledge of UAE labor law and HR best practices.

Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Experience in the hospitality or F&B sector is a plus.

Fluent in English (written and spoken); Arabic is an advantage.
