Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive who brings a strong understanding of Human Resources, Office Administration, and MIS reporting. Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:

Handle full-cycle recruitment and onboarding activities.

Maintain and update employee records, HR documents, and compliance files.

Assist in performance management and appraisal coordination.

Support employee welfare, training, and engagement initiatives.
Administration:
-
Oversee daily office operations, supplies, and logistics.
-
Manage vendor coordination and administrative expense tracking.
-
Organize meetings, company events, and employee travel arrangements.
MIS & Reporting:
-
Prepare and update dashboards for HR and admin data.

Maintain and analyze records related to attendance, payroll, and HR KPIs.

Generate actionable reports to support management decision-making.
Candidate Profile:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

0–2 years of experience in HR/Admin (experience in MIS reporting is a strong plus).

Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) and HRMS/ERP tools.

Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

High level of attention to detail and confidentiality.
